Ceftiofur Sodium Injection

Compostion

Each Vial Contains:

Sterile Ceftiofur Sodium equivalent to andhydrous ceftiofur

1 gm

Indications:

Broad spectrum bactericidal
B-lactamase producing strains highly sensitive to ceftiofur sodium
Longer half-life, hence once-daily dose insufficient low dose rate i.e. 1.1 to 2.2 mg/kg body weight

Dosage & Administration:

Cattle & Sheep: 1.1 to 2.2mg/kg body weight.

swine: 3 – 5mg/kg body weight.

Horse: 2.2 – 4.4mg/kg body weight.

Dog: 2.2mg/kg body weight.
